Meet the Team
Community Sales Manager
Lucy joined the Basepoint team in November 2010 as Assistant Centre Manager, moving up to Centre Manager in February 2016.
Prior to joining Basepoint, Lucy gained experience in a variety of fields such as Sales, Customer Service and Retail.
Lucy works closely with a variety of local businesses and contacts who can offer support and services within the centre, such as Seminars, Workshops and guest speakers for Networking events. She encourages a collaborative and supportive community feel within the centre and local area, working together and promoting business growth.
From a charitable perspective, Lucy has worked closely with local charities, Match Funding up to £10K each year and has also helped the centre to raise money for Macmillan, Comic Relief and Children in Need.
When not at Basepoint Lucy enjoys crafts, spending time with Friends and Family and visiting new places both in the UK and abroad.
Assistant Centre Manager
Wendy joined the Basepoint team in September 2003. Before joining Basepoint, Wendy spent 20 years with Marks & Spencer. She followed this with 11 years in a local Building Society, where she was a teller promoting and selling financial bonds and processing mortgages for underwriting. Having lived in Andover all her life, Wendy supports lots of local charities using her local contacts, rallying extra support with her enthusiasm. Wendy enjoys the variety of life at Basepoint.
Carl joined Basepoint as Handyman at Andover in August 2015. In the past Carl has worked as a sheet metal worker, warehouse operative and latterly a delivery driver. When not at Basepoint Carl spends time looking after his 10 year old daughter called Honey and with any spare time left he enjoys going to the gym and DIY.
