Meeting Rooms for hire

Basepoint offer serviced meeting rooms at convenient locations across the Midlands and Southern England. All are furnished to a high standard with the additional benefit of reception staff, high speed internet access; pads and pencils; Basepoint sweets; chilled water; the use of breakout areas; and parking are provided FREE of charge.

At Basepoint we understand the specific requirements expected of a serviced meeting room.  We have worked hard to ensure we provide the best service possible allowing delegates to focus on the days agenda. Facilities include Wi-Fi, flip charts, PC projectors, pads and pencils, refreshments and lunch if required. At Basepoint we have serviced meeting rooms for 2 people and then up to 100 which allow us to cater for large groups or one-to-one training.

Refreshments and catering are available on request. Facilities such as flip charts and projectors are also available to hire.
