Licensee ‘Health Check’ Coffee Morning
To help our licensees start 2017 off the healthy way we organised a health and wellness themed coffee morning including fresh fruit, granola bars and refreshments.
We also invited our neighbours from Bannatyne Health Club to conduct ‘Health Checks’ on our licensees.
Our centre manager Lorraine May volunteered to be the first one to be tested. Tests included weight and body fat check, lung capacity as well as blood pressure to be taken.It certainly was an eye opener for some of us.
And a big thank you to Amy and Mark from Bannatyne Folkestone who took the time to come and see us and help us get healthy in the New Year.
