Fantastic Fundraising Success for Chestnut Tree House!
Basepoint Shoreham are pleased announce their latest match funding of £5000 for local charity, Chestnut Tree House!
On Saturday 03 December 2016 the charity held their Snowman Spectacular Ball at the Metropole Hotel in Brighton. Amongst the marvellous fund raising events held that evening was the Gift Tree to which Shoreham licensees kindly contributed gifts and the Centre donated a Magnum of Champagne. The gift tree alone raised an amazing £5000 which was then matched by The ACT Foundation.
Terrina Barnes, Corporate Fundraising Manager for Chestnut Tree House Children’s Hospice, said “It was an incredible evening and the whole event raised £532,314. This incredible sum will pay for over 11 weeks of care at the children’s hospice and in families’ own homes across East and West Sussex.”
Amanda Jones Basepoint Shoreham’s centre manager says “We are honoured to be partnered with such and amazing charity! We want to thank our licensees that generously donated towards the Gift Tree.”
