These ten UK employers all offer their workers unlimited holiday entitlement.

The practice of offering unemployees unlimited vacation time is not uncommon in the agile tech companies of Silicon Valley, and some of the names on this list are American firms, though there are also some UK companies following suit.

The idea is that the company trusts their employee to manage their tasks and projects, and to structure their time according to what needs to get done.

1. Netflix

What they do: Netflix is an entertainment company that streams media and video online
