NETWORKING HUB EVENT AT EXETER

Basepoint Exeter will be running our quarterly Networking Event on Thursday 5th July, to local businesses in and around Devon.

The free event which is regularly fully booked, is a great opportunity for informal networking and is usually attended by over 50 local business people.

Guests will be treated to Tea and Coffee and a tasty buffet lunch supplied by Taste Catering, Exeter.

The event will commence at 11.00am and will finish at approximately 1.00pm.

Our Speaker will be Jenny Skinner who will be discussing the Alexander Technique.  This is essentially posture training for performance gains, so, right across the spectrum, from people suffering from RSI, migraine or back pain, to those wishing to enhance their golf or their presentation skills, deportment and voice projection - she has a vast experience in neuro-muscular education.

She will provide an interactive introduction to the Alexander technique, highlighting some key points and including some tips on how to improve your muscular efficiency in everyday life'.
