Nominated charity hit £10k Target
Basepoint Romsey nominated local charity, Blackmore Vale RDA, have recently hit their £10,000 match funding target for the year. Basepoint matches any money raised by the charity for up to £10,000 over a year.
The charity raised money by holding some many events as possible such as a Christmas Fayre, Golf days and sponsored events the volunteers and staff arranged.
Kate Bunyan, Basepoint Centre Manager, comments "It really has been a successful year for Blackmore Vale RDA, in terms of their events, money raised and the fact that they have reached their full match funding target. The fundraising team, volunteers and staff are a credit to the charity and we have loved working with them this year".
