Building On Success
Following on from the successful series of business clinics in 2016 the first one of the year was held on 04 May at Basepoint Haywards Heath.
Andrew Abaza, a business growth expert with ActionCOACH returned to hold complimentary individual 45 mins mentoring sessions for local businesses.
Specialising in getting down to basics he was able to give advice on a variety of strategies ranging from sales, marketing, management and finance. The aim was to give companies the guidance they require so that they can achieve the optimum performance they are looking for.
