Works begins on new Exeter IKEA development

Since Basepoint Exeter’s licensee Cotswold Archaeology completed the initial Archaeological survey on the site, construction work has commenced on the new IKEA store in Exeter.

The new store which will be located between Sandy Park and Newcourt Way, is expected to open as soon as summer 2018.
