Basepoint Romsey Sponsor Romsey Rely Marathon 2017

Romsey

Basepoint Romsey attended the 5th Romsey Rely Marathon, on Sunday 14th May. The Romsey Relay Marathon is a community event held in the spring of each year, on the Broadlands Estate.

Following the success of the last four Relay Marathons, The Rotary Club of Romsey organises the event in aid of supporting nominated charities. The Relay Marathon gives an opportunity for anyone to take part, as a team to run 26miles.

Basepoint Romsey licensees, GAR Training, Copia Productions and Aaron James Associates participated in a group this year at the event raising money for Naomi House Children’s Hospice (Wessex Children's Hospice Trust).

Kate Bunyan, Basepoint Centre Manager, comments ‘The Rely Marathon was a great day, as well as supporting our licensees around the course. Next year we are thinking about running a Basepoint Romsey team in aid of our chosen charity. Well done to everyone that completed the course!’
