We are delighted to announce that we will be joined by Peter Sharp of Lewes District Council at the next instalment of our networking hub on Thursday 22nd June, from 12-2pm.
Peter will be speaking about the Newhaven Enterprise Zone. Some of you may not be aware that the Newhaven Enterprise Zone (EZ) commenced in April 2017. Ahead of the EZ’s official Launch, Peter Sharp from Lewes District Council will talk about the background to the EZ, the ambitions and the work that is already underway. The focus for the EZ is on creating new opportunities for residents and businesses to grow the economy through attracting new investment and building on Newhaven’s existing strengths.
The Networking Hub is a largely informal event which is free to attend and includes a light buffet lunch and refreshments, coupled with guest speaker and plenty of networking opportunities so make sure you bring along plenty of business cards. There will also be the ever popular business card prize draw where you can win a bottle of bubbles.
