On Friday, we hosted a coffee and cake morning for EDMHSS
EDMHSS provided a variety of home made cakes that all went towards raising money for a fanastic charity that help support mental health in the Evesham and District area. Having a mental health issue like depression or anxiety can be a very lonely experience. Family, friends and colleagues may not really understand. It can be hard for you to explain to them how you are feeling. You may be struggling to find the right support.
Evesham and District Mental Health Support Services (EDMHSS) really understand what you are experiencing. You can chat over a cup of tea with people who are facing the same challenges. Their friendly staff and volunteers are there to help with any questions or concerns you may have about your mental health in a safe and supportive environment.
