Stay as long as you like – or leave little as 1 months’ notice. 

Our easy in easy out simple license terms mean that you avoid costly legal fees, you can move in on the same day and once you have moved in you are free to relocate within the centre to match your needs.

This enables our Licensees to make use of multiple offices, upsize in successful times or alternatively downsize when the space is no longer needed.
