Basepoint High Wycombe held another successful Networking Hub on Wednesday 20th September

The event started with informal networking and refreshments, followed by a great talk from our guest speaker Helen Pettifer of Helen Pettifer Training, Helen discussed the fundamental principles of Customer Service and the vital role it plays in business growth and success. Helen also covered some of the key Customer Service mistakes companies make, highlighting skills and techniques to ensure the customer remains the valued asset of every business.

Also part of the event was the Hub Business Card Draw and Basepoint High Wycombe are pleased to announce the winner at this event was Ann Warne of Web Design Unlimited who was very pleased to walk away with a bottle of bubbly. 

The event finished with a further chance to chat with the other local business people that attended over a tasty buffet lunch.
