Who are Ignata Finance?
Ignata Finance brings together the knowledge, relationships and expertise of three of the most recognised and well networked recruitment professionals in the finance industry; Ben Searls, Steve Revill and Vikki Searls. With 45 years’ combined experience building trusted partnerships with finance professionals in Sussex & Surrey, they will work collaboratively with you to provide a high-quality, honest and pragmatic approach to both contingent recruitment and executive search.
Ben Searls joined Ignata from 12 years with the global professional services recruiter, Badenoch & Clark. He was the Director for Commerce & Industry, responsible for the following businesses: Executive Search, Finance, HR, Business Change & Transformation, Technology & Marketing. He is passionate and committed to building & developing successful teams, investing in high performing talent and executing a world-class service to his chosen customers.
Steve Revill Prior to joining Ignata Steve spent 13 years with Michael Page initially building their Sussex operations and then recruiting executive positions across the south-east. He has a track record of recruiting into a wide variety of industries and works with companies including listed plcs, private equity backed companies and privately owned businesses. He is a firm believer in building a deep understanding of both candidates and organisations and invests time to build long-term relationships that give his clients access to the highest calibre individuals in the market.
Vikki Searls joined Ignata as Director of their Interim Finance practice. Previous to this she worked for 12 years at the Professional Services recruiter Badenoch and Clark, specialising in recruiting interim finance professionals into commerce and industry. Throughout her career she has built an incredibly strong network of finance professionals and takes great pride in her reputation for delivering a first class service to clients and candidates alike.
