Wednesday Walking Club

As part of our January Wellness Events we will be organising a lunchtime walking club for any of our licensees that would like to join in!

Did you know you can burn up to 220 calories on a brisk 45 minute walk? Not only will you burn calories but walking helps improve your mood too, which we all need help with during the dark damp days in January!

We'll meet at 12pm at reception each Wednesday, returning to the centre around 12.45pm. A map will be provided so you can go at your own pace. We'll reschedule if it's heavy rain or brave it if it's a little shower! Wednesday walks will be re-scheduled to a Friday if there is demand for an additional session or in the event of heavy rain on a Wednesday.

Most of us can work remotely from our mobiles so any urgent matters can be dealt with whilst we are on the move, so there is no excuse!
