B2B Networking - iTalk introducing Relaxation and Mindfullness

Join iTalk in Winchester to delve into how stress can impact our mental and physical health.

To get you ready for Mental Health Awareness Week in May we are holding a networking session here at Basepoint Winchester with iTalk who specialise in depression, anxiety and stress.

After discussing the impact stress can have on our mental and physical health, you will be led into the introduction of the CBT model of stress management. 

Following this you will learn the 3 relaxation strategies for preventing low mood and stress and remaining relaxed and positive at work or at home. These techniques can then be practised and shared with friends, family or co-workers to see what effect these can have.

 Mindfulness will then be the focus and you will be learning some practical mindfulness tips and techniques, which can be practised together.
