Smartsurvey crowned as Digital Business of the Year

Basepoint Business, Smartsurvey, the UK’s leading online survey tool, has been named ‘Digital Business of the Year’ at the ‘Celebrating Small Business Awards’ for the South West, hosted by the Federation of Small Businesses.

The awards took place at Somerset County Cricket Club on 20 February, where winners representing the ‘best in the West’ were crowned as regional champions in 12 different categories. The judges recognised that SmartSurvey has maximised all aspects of e-commerce to achieve growth and a strong financial performance through exceptional customer experience.

SmartSurvey will now be reassessed against winners from 11 other UK FSB regions and could then be shortlisted to go through to the UK national FSB Celebrating Small Business Awards final in London, in May.
