Stress Awareness month, first recognised in 1992, is an awareness month designed to make us think about stress, how it can affect us and give us food for thought in both managing and eliminating stress.

Most people will experience stress at some time in their life, which can take a big toll on us not only mentally, but also physically.

Stress can be managed in many different ways. By adopting a healthier lifestyle, exercise and seeking help when things get beyond our control.
