Stress Awareness Month

Tewkesbury

Stress Awareness month, first recognised in 1992, is an awareness month taking place every April and is designed to make us think about stress, how it can affect us and give us food for thought in both managing and eliminating stress.

Most people will experience stress at some time in their life, which can take a big toll on us not only mentally, but also physically.

Stress can be managed in many different ways. By adopting a healthier lifestyle, exercise and seeking help when things get beyond our control.

At Basepoint Tewkesbury we are helping businesses to wind down by inviting in Hands on at Work to talk about the benefits of workplace massage. They will be in the centre on Thursday 26th April during our Networking HUB and will be offering free massage taster sessions.  The event is free to attend however there are a limited number of spaces. In order to book a space please call Claire or Emma on 01684 854444 or email tewkesbury@basepoint.co.uk.
