K-B-Kitchen New Cafe At Basepoint Bournemouth
This month we welcomed Hollie from K-B-Kitchen to our centre! With cakes and sandwiches a plenty we asked Hollie to tell us a little bit more about her growing business…
“I have worked within the hospitality industry for a number of years, having first started at a local café at the age of 15. Since then I have gained experience from many different cafes and restaurants, not only in the UK but both in Australia and New Zealand – where they know how to make good coffee! K-B-Kitchen is designed to provide this, along with daily homemade fresh food. I am able to provide a variety of options to suit everybody’s needs.”
Hollie told us that she has been wanting to start her own cafe since moving back home from New Zealand last June. Since starting her catering business in November, the business has successfully grown enabling her to now run a café. Hollie’s aim is to provide good coffee and food with a variety of home baking to sell.
Excitingly Hollie still offers catering, and has her first wedding to cater for this coming June! Her future plans involve expanding her outside catering business and she is also considering getting an alcohol license for the premises to provide those much needed after work drinks! Hollie would also love to get a food van to take part in festivals and events, to provide both food and coffee!
