We have two light industrial workshops available and offices coming available to rent on a rolling month to month agreement at the Bromsgrove Basepoint centre.

Workshops are available immediately,  we have a choice of sizes, 461sqft and 835sqft. All  enjoy the benefit of a roller-shutter doors which allows vehicle access and the larger unit has a mezzanine floor. The units are essentially for B1/B2 business and light industry so some planning restrictions may apply  Please discuss your proposals with Bromsgrove planning to ensure you fit the local areas criteria. You will be able to get key advice and it is a free service.

Basepoint Bromsgrove also have offices between 304sq.ft and 339sq.ft. coming available May/June 2018.
