We are pleased to welcome back Leads to you who first had offices with us in 2011.
What do you do?
Leads to you generate high quality leads across a wide range of sectors. Over the past 7 years we have perfected our lead generation process, enabling us to operate the same model across many different sectors, products and services. Clients and customers have different requirements across each sector, but one thing that never changes is the quality of our leads.
How did it all begin?
Leads To You started life on Justin's kitchen table in 2009. Within a year, Justin's Father, James, had joined the company as a director, and by 2011 the company had their first employee. The kitchen table was quickly replaced with their first office when they moved in to Basepoint for the first time as a team of three in 2011.

In 2015 we purchased our own office building in Marsh Barton, Exeter and our team continued to develop further. We now employ 30 people and are currently recruiting more people to join the team. We are still based in our office building in Marsh Barton but have also taken on some extra space here at Basepoint to allow our Sales and Marketing department to grow further. We have been extremely grateful for the support and flexibility Basepoint has provided us over the years and his has played a big part in the growth of the company.
What news do you have about the business
It is an extremely exciting time for the company, we are currently going through some big expansion plans in our team; in the past month we have doubled our sales team, hired a Junior Web Developer and we are currently recruiting for two new people to join our marketing department. To allow us the space to grow through this expansion we have had to temporarily split our team across two offices, which has lead us to renting the extra space here at Basepoint. We were also fortunate enough to win our two nominated categories at the recent Express and Echo Business awards – Digital Business of the Year and our MD, Justin won Entrepreneur of the Year.
What future plans do you have for the company?
We are aiming to become established in 10 new markets this year. We are currently operating mainly across the home improvement sector and we are hoping to launch into a range of new sectors. So far this is going well, and we are now operating in several self-improvement and B2B services.
Plans for recruitment?
We have two new starters joining us over the next few weeks and we are currently recruiting for a Marketing and Comms Manager, a Paid Media Executive and a Business Development Executive to join our team.
New business
We have recently launched into a range of new markets and are now generating self-improvement, mobility and B2B leads for several Regional and National clients.
New locations
We have recently started renting the three rooms here at Basepoint for our Sales and Marketing department to allow room for both teams to grow. The rest of the company are still based at our office building just down the road until we eventually find a new office that will be big enough for the whole team.
