Harbour Hotel shortlisted for Design Award
HGP Architects have announced that the Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa has been shortlisted for the Schüco Excellence Awards for Design and Innovation 2018.
The new super-yacht inspired Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa opened at Ocean Village Marina in October 2017, introducing five star luxury to the city, with a luxury spa, The Jetty restaurant and a destination roof-top bar overlooking the Solent.
Designed to reflect Southampton’s thriving marine culture, the new £25m hotel has helped pioneer the regeneration of the city.
Previous winners include London's Leadenhall Building and the Albert Sloman Library and this year's winners will be announced at the Saatchi Gallery on the 21st June.
