The Great Basepoint Bake Off
There was fierce competition today at Basepoint’s coffee morning as the cakes competing in the Bake Off were revealed. With a selection of amazing cakes, including chocolate and cherry, lemon drizzle, blueberry and strawberry and dark chocolate banana bread, our licensees were spoilt for choice.
The winning cake baked by our very own handyman Mirek, was a lemon sponge, with a fresh cream filling topped with a mango and passionfruit colie.
Our lovely Sandra presented Mirek with his winning apron and bottle of bubbly.
