Workshops available for rent
Available now: 835 sq.ft. with mezzanine floor and basic 460sqft workshop.
Business Rates are not included in the rental however Bromsgrove District Council offer small business rate relief in the area meaning that if this is your only business premises in the UK you should qualify for all or some rate relief. Workshops are essentially for B1/B2 so change of use may need to be applied for.
Here at Basepoint we offer a Licence Agreement as opposed to a Lease, affording flexibility with your business growth. The minimum term is one month, and the notice period can be as little as one full month. Fixed term discounts are available. Departure is always the last day of any calendar month.
