Basepoint Dartford Hosts Macmillan Coffee Morning
On Friday 28th September venues up and down the country hosted events as part of the "World's Biggest Coffee Morning".
Cakes, traybakes and tempting little bites were provided at Reception along with tea and coffee. These were sold for a donation and throughout the day it became clear that this particular charity is meaningful to many at the centre.
In total an amazing £146.10 was raised for Macmillan as our Licensees popped down throughout the day to partake and add some change to the collection pot. A special thank you must go to Licensee Oasis Coffee and Sandwich Bar in Unit 74 for baking the majority of the cakes whilst also donating a delicious carrot cake.
