Global Entrepreneurship Week – Networking Hub
Basepoint Business Centres will again be celebrating Global Entrepreneurship Week with a free B2B networking hub on Thursday 15th November 12pm – 2pm. Our guest speaker for this event will be the local entrepreneur taking Sussex by storm, Richard Light of Fundraising Auctions. Richard will be talking about employee benefits and the importance of looking after your staff.
Richard Light is the Managing Director of Fundraising Auctions, he has successfully run businesses for over 25 years and has recently launched a travel brand called Experience It Now Travel with branches in Newhaven, Seaford and Peacehaven. Having won Employer of the Year at this year’s Lewes District Business Awards Richard understands the importance of a happy workforce. His presentation will include ideas on how to keep your staff happy as well as the benefits this can bring to your company.
The Networking Hub is a free B2B networking event hosted by Basepoint in our business centres across the country. The events are open to all kinds of businesses and our aim is to give all those that attend the opportunity to meet new people, to build on existing business relationships and to generate new leads.
The Networking Hub format is largely informal, with a brief talk from a local guest speaker. There is a complimentary light buffet lunch and plenty of opportunity to network with other attendees. Basepoint also provides a business card prize draw and a business 2 business exchange facility, where you can promote your business to other attendees.
