Comic Relief
On Friday 15th March, people at Basepoint Evesham came together and raised nearly £100 for this fantastic charity.

It is amazing how one sentence can contain so much. Those words are fairly easy to say, but to live in a world like that would be amazing- life changing, not only for those that need some help but also for those who assist. Charitable work is not about one person patronisingly helping another, it is a reciprocal relationship, where at different stages one delivers something to the other. It is no different to friendship. And isn't that what a community is- a group of friends coming together to achieve a common purpose?
I hope that is what was achieved today at Basepoint Evesham. People from different businesses around the building all came together to celebrate the fact that together we can make a change in the world- even if that is only a drop in the ocean- it is afterall one less drop that is needed. It is something! So thank you to all those who came and did something this Comic Relief. We got to eat cake, have a laugh and raise some money. Thank you for being brilliant!
