The business was formed over twenty years ago by the current Director John Gardner. There are 12 staff based at Basepoint Tewkesbury and a further six across the UK. Interax are pleased to say that they have been at Basepoint Tewkesbury since it opened in 2006 and have really grown their business there.
Servicing clients from a variety of sectors including hospitality, construction, publishing, and franchises they act as a dedicated accounts department for their clients. Interax are able to adapt their software to be a bespoke product for each client while still enabling their clients to benefit from economies of scale of provision.
A little like Basepoint, Interax do not tie their clients into lengthy contracts. They charge their clients pre-agreed fixed monthly fees and use the quality of service provision to retain their clients.
