Weymouth BID Golden Broom Awards
The hunt is on to find Weymouth’s best-loved business with the launch of the Golden Broom Awards. Organised by Weymouth BID, the contest aims at showcasing the very best of Weymouth.
The BID says this is a chance to highlight those businesses that are going the extra mile to make Weymouth the place to be – for everyone living, working and visiting the area.
People can nominate a business for several categories such as best customer service and best window display – and then say who they think should will the best all-round Golden Broom award.
Voting opens on Tuesday, October 1 on the WeAreWeymouth website and Facebook page.
Each Friday a review will be picked at random and shared on Facebook.
The winners will be announced on Friday, November 1 and will be presented with an award for each category.
The BID says the aim of this competition is to be fun and positive and is open to all businesses in the Weymouth BID area.
