This month we have welcomed Kent Community Health to Basepoint Northfleet.

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust specialise in delivering NHS care in patients' homes and in community settings. As an NHS Foundation Trust they have the freedom to be more innovative, whilst continuing to improve their services and enhancing their levels of engagement and involvement with their patients.

A very warm welcome to the team as they settle into their new offices, we are very excited to have them here and look forward to getting to know them.
