Basepoint Bromsgrove is an ideal location for meetings to be held; the Centre is located within easy reach of the M5 and the M42 with the train station just a 15-20 minute walk away.
There are two meeting rooms within the Centre; a smaller meeting room which seats up to 6 people boardroom style and a larger meeting room which can seat up to 14 people boardroom style. If you require a room to be set up slightly different, please contact the Centre Team to discuss.
Meeting room hire includes the following:
- Large LED TV with Chromecast and Apple TV (meeting room 1 only)
- Wi-fi
- Wipe boards including pens
- Flip charts
- Projector and conference phone available on request
- The use of the breakout areas
- Free parking
- Chilled water
- Refreshments and catering available on request
At Basepoint we understand the specific requirements expected of serviced meeting rooms, ensuring delegates can focus on their agenda.
Meeting rooms are available for booking by licensees, users of our virtual offices whenever they need a physical space to meet clients, or other individuals and businesses on an ad hoc basis. Meeting rooms can be booked by the hour, half day or full day. You will receive a 10% discount on your booking if you book through the Basepoint App or basepointapp.co.uk
