Liberating Leadership is an award-winning programme described as ‘Prince 2 for People Management’. It draws a number of different management models together into a robust process. When it comes to personality, there is no right or wrong as everyone is unique. Yet when it comes to leadership there is a right way to lead and so, if things are done in the right order, leading people can be so much more focused and effective. The Liberating Leadership process is based on 25 years’ research.
