Maternity Pay For Self-Employed Mothers

The Conservative Party have announced that they are considering introducing a maternity pay for self-employed mothers.

According to the Office Of National Statistics there are 4.5 millions self-employed people, a third of whom are women.

A maternity pay for self-employed mothers would support this record number of freelance workers.
