Basepoint Swindon will be hosting an electric bike exhibition on Wednesday 7th December in order to raise awareness and support the Cycle to Work scheme which is under the government’s green transport plans.

An historic bond was forged between Newhaven and French town La Chapelle-Saint-Mesmin at a twinning ceremony held at Basepoint Newhaven on Sunday 13th November.
Basepoint Bournemouth and their clients were delighted to be able to support ‘Children in Need’ on Friday 18th November 2011. Carly Thompson (Centre Manager) and Rosemary Jones (Assistant Manager) adorned their Pudsey t-shirts and campaigned for “Protection” money for Pudsey, and also offered Coffee & Cakes at a cost to their clients and their visitors.
Basepoint Camberley recently hosted its monthly networking event ‘The Networking Hub’ which was a great success with approximately 20 attendees who took the opportunity to network, meet new people, generate new business – and also listen to a guest speaker.
Basepoint Winchester recently hosted Tiffin Time, an Indian food and drink morning, in aid of Wells for India, a charity based at the centre, which raised approximately £800.00. The Basepoint team turned into ‘tiffin wallahs’ for the morning and assisted in selling a rang. Rebecca Powell, Basepoint Winchester’s centre manager, commented: “Our Indian themed fundraiser was a great success attracting over 100 guests who enjoyed the delicious food and browsing the fairtrade merchandise. It was a wonderful opportunity to support one of our licensees.”
