Basepoint Centres is an impressive building with good access and car parking. The recepton area is very modern, clean and well equipped. Here I met Claire and Kathryn who expertly manage
the centre. I have never looked back. The unit they offered me was perfect, not too
large and at a reasonable rent which included the business rates. That made everything much more affordable. I wasn’t tied into a long contract
either just in case things didn’t work out. The unit was ideal to use as a training centre having car parking right outside and all the facilities of a
modern office building to hand including a relaxation area. My students could use the kitchen area which has vending machines and tea and
coffee making equipment.The units would suit a wide range of uses. I have converted mine into a
training centre with a demonstration area and office. Heating is provided included in the cost, I only have to pay for the electricity that I use and
it’s good to know most of that is produced by the large photovoltaic solar collectors on the building roof. This is not just a place to work but a thriving community involving many different types of businesses, each helping each other wherever they can. I have a Smart Board supplied by one company, my accounts and printing needs are looked after and there is always somebody around to help with advice. Claire and Kathryn are pro-active in organising network meetings,
seminars, coffee mornings and a whole host of other activities to help a small business get off the ground and stay there.I would definitely recommend any small to medium size business
seriously consider using these excellent facilities and hope that more centres like this are made available.

My company have been with Basepoint in Southampton for over three years and during this period we have moved between four different units. The availability of different sized units that can accommodate our changing requirements is just one reason why I would not wish to leave Basepoint. The facilities provided are excellent and the staff is faultless. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they go beyond what I would expect in terms of the service they provide and their willingness to help. We have been a tenant at Basepoint for over 3 years and what drove us to Basepoint was the flexibility of the office terms and access to meeting rooms. As a compliance and training consultancy, we need to have access to meeting rooms sometimes at short notice, in order to carry out client meetings or to carry out professional qualifications training for our students. Our clients range from SMEs to large financial institutions including bank and building societies, therefore the rooms must not only meet our specifications but more importantly meet the expectations of our clients. The location has provided a very effective working environment with the provision of a good sized office space and the availability of telephone and broadband services. Hurst Associates moved into Basepoint Offices, Crawley back in 2005. This was intended to be a temporary premises solution, however, the flexible accommodation so suited our requirements and the friendly service received by the facilities staff resulted in us staying longer than anticipated.
Over 4 years later we are still here, enjoying well maintained serviced offices that are located conveniently for easy access to Gatwick Airport and the M23/M25. Needless to say, we have no plans to move on.

I first moved into Basepoint on 1st August 2008 and found the room and the furniture provided to be of a high standard. This was after spending much time seeking other offices within the South Birmingham Area where nobody seemed to be able to offer a flexible rental agreement at the right price with all the facilities that I needed. We are a very small, but very active Installation Company who moved into the Enterprise Centre at Cressex approximately 10 years ago. I attended a one day workshop at the NEC on a bleak, wet, cold, November day. The building was beautifully warm, the staff friendly and welcoming and the reception area is comfortable with filter coffee provided throughout the day. The room we worked in was well lit and had a glass wall which made it feel spacious. The building provides very modern up to date facilities and the training room had an overhead powerpoint projector and a smartboard. There was a work area and a break out area both of which had comfortable seating and the toilet facilities were not only very nearby but were clean and pleasant to use. I have attended training courses at many varied venues but the Newhave Enterprise Centre is certainly one of the best.

We use Basepoint because it is flexible and it has enabled us to grow without the worries and stresses of signing long term leases that would not have fitted into our business plan due to our rapid growth.
