We have only been located at Gosport Business Centre since January 2009, however in that time we have been so incredibly impressed with the habitual upkeep of the building, the facilities and the fact that Andrew, Kerry and of course Ci have always made such an effort to wherever possible consistently assist with each and every (sometimes very random) business need we have had over the last 8 months. When it recently came to needing a bigger office space, we genuinely couldn’t see ourselves working anywhere else. We have been at Basepoint, Gosport for just over a year. The offices and facilities are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for Kerry, Andrew and Cy who are always so helpful and friendly. We moved our family business here just over 2 years ago after outgrowing the office in our home.
As it was a big step & overhead increase, we looked around very carefully on the Gosport peninsular, but everything available was either rather old & crummy, too large, too small & especially would have tied us to long leases of 7 years or so. Our corner office in the GBC is perfect – modern, light & airy, with excellent comms & support facilities, including an excellent coffee/lunch/informal meeting area & rooms for monthly company meetings. We decided to lash out on matching, modern light wood furniture, creating a really great office environment, which all our staff love & appreciate. And the 2 week lease get-out if we need it was a clincher!”

We chose Gosport Business Centre as we liked the sizes of our offices. We were going to open our business at Technopole in Portsmouth but we thought we would be a small fish in a massive pond so decided to bring our business to Gosport.
The prices of the offices were also a factor. We managed to save £400 a month. Kerry was also the deciding factor. Kerry is very professional in her job, always willing to help and made everything so easy for us. We are very happy here and are looking forward to a bright future at Gosport business centre.

As a young start-up company three years back we chose the Gosport Business Centre as our first office location. The centre matched all the expectations of a young business; competitive rent, flexible contract terms and capacity for future growth.
