Approximately eighteen months ago I was struggling to find a unit in which to set up my private personal training studio. A friend suggested that I try Basepoint. The fact that there were no long term contracts to sign was of great appeal to me as I was starting a new business. I paid a visit to Basepoint in Southampton and was welcomed by the ladies working in reception. They were so friendly and helpful, I felt comfortable from the first minute that I walked in. I was shown around one of the units and by the following morning I had signed up and paid my deposit - everything felt right for me and 18 months on I have no regrets about coming here. I still see the same friendly faces in reception and there is a genuine good atmosphere throughout Basepoint, Southampton.

Basepoint made opening our European office a breeze; the staff have been fantastic and have helped us settle in and grow our company presence in the UK. The location and the facilities are well appointed and perfect for a high technology company such as ours, which needs flexible office space and workshops.

My company have been with Basepoint in Southampton for over three years and during this period we have moved between four different units. The availability of different sized units that can accommodate our changing requirements is just one reason why I would not wish to leave Basepoint. The facilities provided are excellent and the staff is faultless. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they go beyond what I would expect in terms of the service they provide and their willingness to help.
