The location has provided a very effective working environment with the provision of a good sized office space and the availability of telephone and broadband services. Carly and Rosemary from the Centre’s Management Team are always friendly and helpful and the other businesses within the Centre provide a pleasant atmosphere. Our visitors are always impressed with our accommodation and the availability of meeting rooms allows us to support our sales marketing and technical meetings in a professional manner. Security of our working environment, computers and documents are of particular importance to us and Basepoint Business Centre, Bournemouth provides us with the necessary facilities. Flexibility of occupancy is useful. We intend to remain here for some time so the ability to adjust our accommodation with short term additional space is a bonus when we undertake new projects.

Basepoint Business Centre gave XIGO Ltd a chance to grow at a rate we could afford, without sacrificing the standards of services available to us. Professional reception area to meet and greet clients, conference & meeting facilities, flexible lease terms and fantastic secure facilities. It is always a pleasure to work in such a modern building with good facilities for our staff. It’s more like a University campus and has a positive buzz. Our set-up process was a very relaxing experience, I found Basepoint extremely helpful they even turned out on a Saturday to assist me.

The Basepoint concept has served AVM well through both 3 years of expansion and recent sudden contraction. Whilst in Basepoint we have managed to grow to £12million turnover almost seamlessly by taking on larger offices within the facility here in Bournemouth. The staff and the well designed premises all conspire to serve us the tenant. The place is as private or as sociable as we choose to make it.
