We have been at Basepoint for just over a year and have found the premises to be in an ideal for location and always clean and tidy. The staff at Basepoint have been extremely professional and always willing to help and go that extra mile to make sure tenants are catered for accordingly. The management of the centre is of a very high standard, professional and friendly. No issue is too great - both the manager, Lorraine Grover and her assistant Diane are readily available, always smart and very professional - a very good front of house representation for the centre. They also strive very hard to include all tenants in business/social activities such as business breakfasts, charity fund raising etc.

ORIAC Solutions have been located at Basepoint’s Folkestone Enterprise Centre for nearly three years and are very pleased with the offices and facilities. During this time our company has grown and we have moved to a larger unit three times. The transition between units was made painless thanks to Basepoint’s flexible contract arrangements and the efficiency of their management team, Lorraine and Dianne.
