We would like to help all of our lovely licencees wind down with stress relief workshops during the month of April
Stress is our body’s way of responding to any kind of demand or threat. When we feel threatened, our nervous system responds by releasing a flood of stress hormones, including adrenaline and cortisol, which rouse the body for emergency action.
There are lots of way to cope with stress and the issues caused by it, from massages,vitamins and supplements that help relive the symptoms of stress, to regular exercise,workshops and a better diet.
Basepoint have a trainee massage therapist from a local college coming into the centre to offer free massages to our lucky licencess ,each session will last half an hour with a choice of neck and sholder ,feet and lower leg, mini facial and face or a hand and arm massage .Appointments available 12th April 10.00-14.00
