Winner Winner Chicken (Bonio) Dinner!

Ipswich

Our dog show finalists came to the centre on Friday 13th to be judged by Pets at Home Store Manager Daniel Clifford.

The Basepoint Dog Show, which had been running for the first two weeks or April and recieved over 30 entries, reached its pinnacle on Friday; with the 3 dogs who gained the most votes attending the centre to be judged by local PETS AT HOME Store Manager Daniel Clifford.

Max- a Springer Spaniel, Duke- a Doberman and Amber the Cockerdoor were judged on their behaviour, friendliness, grooming and any tricks they were able to do.

Despite it being a very close competition, Daniel finally named Duke as the winner after he was wowed by his impressive collection of tricks. Max (who was more interested in cuddles than tricks) took second place, and a very vocal Amber claimed third.

All pets recieved a goody-bag filled with toys and treats courtesy of PETS AT HOME along with winners rosettes and bonio snacks (necessary to get them through such an event).

Commenting on the event, Assistant Centre Manager Leanne (a self confessed dog enthusiast) said "It has been a really great way for the Basepoint licensee community to come together. We couldn't believe how many entries we had- it just goes to show that our licensees are very fond of their furry friends indeed!"
