Basepoint Broxbourne will be welcoming all local agents and brokers to visit the centre on the 23rd of May for a tour of our offices and facilities.
We are holding an open day on Wednesday the 23rd of May for local estate agencies and brokers to visit our centre and to view our facilities.
This tour also extends to any local businesses who wish to pop in and view what we can offer, but are not at the stage of actually commiting to office space for the moment. This tour will give you a good idea of what you are aiming for and which product or service may be right for you.
The Centre has been modernly designed to offer a high quality business space on flexible terms, which can be taken up immediately with a modest security deposit.
The facilities include; Meeting Rooms, CCTV security, on-site management, parking, and photocopying, faxing and business support. Each unit has Cat5e cabling and broadband internet options to offer state of the art telecommunications.
We have 68 offices on site ranging from 160sq.f.t to 650sq.ft. making our centre suitable for a spread of different businesses.
