We are delighted to invite you to the next ACUMEN BUSINESS ACADEMY session.

July’s topic is:

Facing the consumer
If you work with consumers, this Academy is a must for you. While the Consumer Rights Act 2015 modernised and simplified key parts of consumer law, it was the most extensive consumer law reform programme seen in the UK in decades. Three years on and many businesses are still dealing with its impact and some still get it wrong.  This Academy session explores the key areas which businesses must be aware of when selling services or products to consumers.

The experts:
The session will be run by our experts, Joni Jacobs, Commercial Law Specialist and John Connolly, Company Commercial Solicitor at ACUMEN BUSINESS LAW.

There is an interactive session with plenty of opportunity for questions.  We have refreshments throughout with time to network before and after the session.
