Ironman 70.3 Weymouth, returns in September 18
IRONMAN 70.3 Weymouth is one of Dorset’s premier international sports events attracting thousands of athletes to England's South Coast in September for the ultimate one-day test of endurance.
Athletes will take on the 1.2 mile swim in Weymouth Bay followed by a 56 mile bike from the coast and into the Dorset countryside before finishing with the 13.1 mile run along Weymouth’s esplanade where thousands of supporters will cheer them onto the finish.
The event brings a festive atmosphere and gives supporters the chance to see some of Britain’s best professional athletes live including the thousands of amateur hopefuls who have set themselves the goal of completing one of the most popular IRONMAN 70.3 races in the UK.
IRONMAN 70.3 Weymouth offers 50 qualifying slots for the 2019 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Nice, France.
