Chair Yoga A Hit
Basepoint recently introduced weekly chair yoga with the help of Licensee, Alex, and this week we had a record turn-out.
Alex, owner of CD Deco and Licensee at Basepoint Luton, offers the free sessions to help people relax and take time away from their desks.
Fiona Wells, Centre Manager at Basepoint Luton, commented, "Chair Yoga started as a one-off during Stress Awareness Week but since Alex has offered to do a weekly session every Thursday lunchtime the attendees have started to increase and we even have some regulars now. It is lovely to see the Licensee's working together and enjoying their time here with us."
