Cathy Says; many small business owners say they set up their business to gain freedom, but sooner or later, the business has started taking over their lives!  One thing is certain.  The way your business is operating right now is probably quite different to how you envisaged it when you set it up.

For better or worse, our businesses change and grow.  We become influenced by our peers, the media, we watch our business heroes, we adopt ideas… and ultimately we turn our business into something we think it should be, not what we originally wanted.
