B2B Networking Hub Focusing on Employee Wellbeing
On Wednesday 18th September Basepoint Dartford held its bi-monthly Networking Hub.
The event provided an opportunity to network in an informal manner over a cup of coffee and attendees included a mixture of licensees from the building and representatives from local businesses.
During the course of the Hub we were lucky enough to listen to a presentation from Sophie Forrest, Managing Director of ForrestHR, regarding their Health and Wellbeing service. This was launched recently with the belief that “Happy employees equal productive employees”. Sophie says “ForrestHR has always provided guidance and advice to employers regarding their staff’s health and wellbeing as part of our standard outsourced HR services, but we now see this area as a crucial part to a business's success so have introduced a bespoke service offering utilising our very experienced and knowledgeable HR Consultants“.
After listening to Sophie a complimentary light lunch was served and many attendees could be heard sharing ideas for improving employee wellness whilst enjoying a bite to eat.
