GEW Hub A Success
On Wednesday 20th November Basepoint Dartford held its Networking Hub in line with Global Entrepreneurship Week.
According to the GEW website, "Global Entrepreneurship Week is a collection of tens of thousands of events, activities and competitions each November that inspire millions to explore their potential as an entrepreneur while fostering connections and increasing collaboration within their ecosystems."
Basepoint Dartford was proud to host one of these events as licensees and representatives from local businesses embraced the meaning of the event. Entrepreneurs from various sectors found synergy with other attendees, swapped business cards and made connections that may be considered useful further into their business journeys.
Miguel Calabrese from Blue Rocket Accounting (pictured) attended in the capacity of guest speaker and gave a great presentation about how to make your business "SOAR"; with tips on how to achieve higher profits, better cashflow and greater levels of personal income. After the presentation finished, Miguel held a Q&A session with huge amounts of engagement and participation.
A hot lunch of rice with the option of curry or chilli was also available for attendees to enjoy, courtesy of on site cafe Oasis Coffee & Sandwich Bar, whilst they continued to network - not bad for a free event!
